Dr. Correa was very nice and seems very competent. He's friendly and open and explained procedures well. The office staff are friendly. However, the billing process verges on the shady side. They expect full payment at the time of the visit. They put in the claims paperwork and promise to reimburse you when paid. The explanation is that they do this to be helpful and make sure questions are answered. However, they actually do nothing to follow up on the claim. You should do it yourself.

Dr. Doles was gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and answered all questions and explained all procedures. I have been treated by Dr. Doles and Dr. Gallagher since the 1990\'s and have never had a problem or complaint. Never was I treated as just another patient. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Dr. Joe Gillespie is responsible for many failed implants. He uses non-FDA approved mini implants for teeth that are not designed for them. These mini implants are designed for rare circumstances where there\'s almost no bone. These implants are weak, not repairable and are manufactured by Sendax Mini Dental Implants, which is company seemingly only used by one dentist. Joe however uses them for almost everyone. Research online and look up the the Charleston County Courthouse for a list of lawsuits.

Dr. Swaroop was not informative about exactly what he was going to do. I had a very invasive procedure. I have since received 2 opinions from oral surgeons that said they would not and have not ever done that procedure. I now do not have enough jaw bone to have an implant. I ended up with an infection and feel the instruments they used were not sterile. I only wanted one implant where a tooth was just pulled, not two implants. No communication on what the patient wanted. I told him I did not want two implants and that I just needed one tooth to chew on that side. I am still having a hard time trying to get a partial denture for that side because of a lack of jaw bone.
