2zero stars if I could. Horrible service! If you ever need to contact the surgery schedule line...good luck! The gal that sits behind the desk never answers the phone. When you leave a message she dosent call back either. I emailed her asking for a good business phone number to call there and she said that violated HIPAA and she could not give me the phone number. We paid for General A out of our pocket and now cant get a receipt from them to send to our insurance company. HORRIBLE!

1Dr. Phan said I need major/expensive work on a region of my mouth that multiple other dentists said I actually didn\'t need. This would be about $4K worth of unnecessary/painful work. He didn\'t offer any discussion about his logic for why it needed work or about options. This place has always been very expensive compared to the literally hundreds of other good options out there, but it has gone very downhill with Dr. Phan\'s lack of service, and he lost all my trust during my last visit.
