I looked for dentists in my area for a long time and out of nowhere I found this dentist that was close to my child's school so I was thinking I'm in heaven and will save me approx 2 hrs of driving time. I went for a cleaning along with my 15 year old. The kid was ok but I needed an EXO and I have a tooth that is growing above my last 2 teeth that need to be pulled. I was referred to another dentist that immediately told me he couldn't do anything and needed to be pulled so I had to make another appointment with a dentist that pulls teeth but is a consultation then the pulling. Considering how long it took the 2nd dentist to tell me he couldn't do anything I would think the primary dentist would have a better clue at what he is doing. I even knew they needed to be pulled and I'm not a dentist. How many dentists does it take to figure out what is needed? Every dentist took an Xray. They should know it comes out of your yearly amt the INS allows so I told them by the time all these dentists charge for an XRAY I will have no money left to work on my teeth and it will come out of my pocket. I called the new dentist office and asked what exactly does he do or can he do and I got EVA the rude person I met when I went to get the paperwork at the beginning. She looked at me and couldn't even say "HI I will be with you soon.". I asked her what he can do and she asked me if I was attacking her dentist!!. I told her in a sense I am because I want to know what he can or will do to avoid all the run around I am getting. I feel she loses patients for the dentist because of her poor attitude but I read the dentist is not so good either. I should have done more research before I went there. I'm old. i think I will get all my teeth yanked out and get dentures to avoid all these rip-off dentists. I'm sure that referring back and forth they all get a cut from the patients payments and having rude receptionists or whatever EVA is to this dentist will continue to hurt the real dentists. I will not recommend this office to anyone. Not even to an enemy!!!. Eva needs to take a class on how to be professional with patients!!.

Hands down this is the best dentist office in Valencia County. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Anderson is pretty amazing..
