My daughter went to this office. They examined her, did x rays, proposed a bunch of crap she doesn't need and didn't even clean her teeth. While I wanted her to have a dentist in the area in the event she has a dental problem while away at college, she won't be going back. I guess everybody needs to make a living but to try to rip off college students is pretty low..
Dr. Powell was very kind and eager to answer all questions which I asked. He made the appointment personal by letting me know about his family and allowing me to feel like I was joining a new family myself. Dr. Gordon has opened a new practice with the other Dr. Gordon (Danielle) at 450 New Market Blvd, Ste 4, in Boone. It's like a boutique with lots of undivided attention. Equipment is new and top notch. Dentistry is great..
The office managers, dental assistants, and dentists themselves are all extremely accommodating. The practice is clean, welcoming, and easy to find. I enjoyed the easy conversation between Dr. Bridgeman and his assistants. The office is a father-son operation, and they made me feel part of the family. I originally came to Bridgeman Dentistry to have a crown placed on a molar tooth that had a root canal; after over 8 months the crown has been excellent. One of the best dentists in North Carolina..
worst experience of my poor elderly mother's life. he ignored her questions and scolded her like a toddler because her tooth broke. the receptionist became a MONSTER when i tried to get info on my mom's cost- i'm convinced he is demonically possessed as he literally turned on me for no reason and insisted i LIED to him about my mother's issue. the assistant pulled me out of the room and tried to calm me down when i became irate at how he was treating my mother- i will NEVER forgive him for that. i do not recommend him to anyone EVER..
