I?m a new patient of Dr. Carlson but believe the dental care out of this office is the best I?ve ever encountered. The many positive reviews here from long-time patients of Dr. Carlson and Dr. Drury reflect exactly what I?ve found going in. I discovered their practice three months ago looking for someone to give me a second opinion for a problem that began under another dentist. On their website I liked their experience and sensible approach to treatment, as well as straightforward and convenient policies regarding insurance and operating hours. Now, following Dr. Carlson?s resolution of my initial problem and more recently a most thorough checkup and cleaning, I am so impressed there is no doubt I will be staying? I just regret not finding them long ago. They surpass all expectations I had going in ? truly 21st century dental technology focused on common sense and what?s absolutely best for the patient. An added plus is the great office atmosphere ? friendly and serene, and state-of-the-art, just like their practice. But mainly I?m relieved to find such expert care. I highly recommend them..
Simply the most pleasant, comfortable, friendly dental experience you could ever dream of having. A warm welcome, completing paperwork with someone who seemed like a long-lost friend, pleasing decor, no waiting time before the hygienist swept me into the chair facing a window and a TV---choices, choices! And there's even a TV screen on the ceiling! The hygienist conducted a thorough exam and cleared up a little problem I was having; then the dentist further eradicated the problem with a little filing action. He presented several options for courses of action to take to prevent further aggravation. And upon leaving, I was presented with a flower! What's not to love?!.
