I have known Dr. Hank Willis since he first moved to Bonners Ferry. Patients know there are other dentists within the region to choose from for their dental care and I am thankful that I have chosen Dr. Willis' dental practice for my dental care. I am like most people, I wanted a dentist that cared not only about my dental health, but me as a patient. I "used" to be a nervous wreck when going to the dentist. Dr. Willis saw that, and his personal approach was above gentle and caring AND he was patient with me while reassuring me through the entire process of my first appointment with him. I have been seeing Dr. Willis for four years now. He is still patient, caring and professional. His staff is highly trained and courteous. They continually receive training with new standards, treatments, and technology. We are blessed to have a dentist in this community who is on the cutting edge and state of the art technology in his practice. I feel appreciated as a patient. If there was a "Hall of Fame" for dentists in Idaho, YOU would be number one! Seriously....I am no longer a nervous wreck, but a very pleased patient that gets great care and service.
