Pelican Landing Dental

My experience with Dr. Rich Gilbert has been excellent. The staff at pelican Landing dental is also excellent. I have been to this office on several occasions. Every time I entered, I was greeted with a friendly hello. After the my first visit, I was also greeted with the friendly hello, with my name. During my appointments, I was always treated professionally and cordially. I was also impressed with the up to date technology at this facility.

Dr Determan is a excellent dentist she learn very well from her father Dorsay who was my dentist for many years. He such a wonderful man. I miss him a lot. The dental Hygienist Deb Hohn is excellent! When I was younger I remember starting with her in Tripp, SD. Sincerely, Cindy Fuerst

I was having terrible tooth pain and needed and appointment ASAP, called the team at Pelican Landing Dental within 30 minuets of them closing and they had me seen in minuets. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant team was extremely helpful and caring, which was amazing because of the amount of pain I was in. I knew they cared and wanted to help. I saw Dr. Eric, sincerely one of the nicest guys I've ever met, didn't lecture me about my poor dental habits, only wanted to help. He listened to my needs and discussed several options with me so that I was informed. If you have any issues dealing with disingenuous dentist or hate getting lectured or talked into services that are unnecessary, go see the team of professionals at Pelican Landing Dental, they care and are there to help.

Dr Eric Heisser, his assistant, and staff are so professional. I had an emergency and was taken care of immediatly.
