Would rate it a zero. Minority greeted as "one of them" by secretary who said my appointment would be $25 on phone and was $77. Dr Mastey does not understand 60 year old meds, did not use surgical soap but soft soap (non antibacterial), was unsure of his talent and called the police and commented when they handed me phone and called cops when I asked for my X-rays I was over charged for. Never going back to this country bumpkin office again and wouldn't refer my worst enemy..
