4The administration / appointment desk were not very helpful and didn't seem to care about helping me. When I inquired about the next step in a multiple treatment plan, they said they would contact me. When I was leaving I inquired about the next step in a multiple procedure treatment plan they said they would call me the next week and make an appointment. After waiting 6 weeks I called to schedule the appointment I was told the pretreatment was not back from insurance. It was never submitted.
