His staff (Kim in particular) that answers the phone (therefore you have to deal with every month for 2 years) are not pleasant, nor helpful.They act as though they R put out if U don't take the date they give you for your apt.They imply you are lucky to be there so don't reschedule. Another main issue they don't tell you up front is that they are NOT OPEN on FRIDAYS! They will not see clients & that is my day off so would be awesome if I (& others I am sure)could come in on Fri. Dr. is only ok.
