1I was billed for the appointment and the work the dentist did because according to the insurance he did 2 procedures that can not be done on the same day. Called insurance for them 3 times and they still billed me instead of correcting what we told them the insurance said to do. Finally called the insurance and asked them to do a 3 way call so this office would take these charges seriously. Finally it has been taken care of. We did more than what we should have had to do.
