Dental Care of Boiling Springs

This place is A JOKE!! The staff is EXTREMELY rude and unkind! I originally, like many, got sucked in with the mail offer $69 for cleaning and X-ray (this is before my coverage kicked in) so I figured why not. I went in and anticipated a regular X-ray with a refular cleaning. Well... After having my gums probed and poked.. I left there with bloody gums, AND HAD NO CLEANING! She told me I would need the gum cleaning and scaling done; which I agreed to when my insurance kicked in to come back and start their treatment plan. As for that day.. I JUST WANTED A REGULAR CLEANING! They refused and I STILL had to pay the $69. When my insurance kicked in (against my better judgement) I went back. These people will make agreements with insurance companies; only to bill your insurance a totally different price. And of course, my insurance sends me a letter stating: what I OWE, and what I DO NOT owe (as per the health care "professional and the insurance companies price agreement). Yet, I had to sit on the phone and be spoken to as if I was a 2yr old as the rude lady "explained" how I still owe them money.. Needless to say she made NO SENSE as I held the agreement from my insurance company in my hand! Another time the billed my insurance TWICE for the same thing! Only.. To tell me "no, that's not an accident, you owe the amount for the core build-up cause your insurance didn't pay!" (With an attitude of course). Yet, my insurance stated they would handle it; as the price for my crown (and everything that went into placing the crown: the shaving of my tooth, THE CORE BUILD-UP, the temp crown, etc..) was all part of a SET PRICE THEY AGREED TO! My insurance reached back out to me (of course.. They did not) and told me it was taken care of. THEN.. 8months later I have an account in collections for 45$ (which the core build-up they were claiming I owed would have been MUCH MORE than 45$). So, BEWARE: if you read all these reviews and STILL choose to do business with these crooks, make sure you get a breakdown of billing before AND after your treatment because apparently their price agreements change that quick! I will take the collection for 7yrs than to pay these, or any company they do business with money!

Equipment is high tech but will talk you into getting every minor thing wrong with your teeth! Pushed by a Corporate Office! Home town dental offices are much better!
