I just wanted to say that Dr. Statler is incredibly overpriced so beware - I was quoted $6400 for my child's braces! And was told that is the price quoted to everyone no matter how severe your issues are, does that seem fair? Plus she only takes one insurance so if you are on that plan then you are fine but if you are not, do yourself a favor and shop around. I was quoted almost half her price somewhere else (5stars) thanks to being given a discount for a referral and for having no insurance.
