5This was a disappointing dental experience, and we were surprised because at first the practice looks very kid-friendly. The worst part is that practitioners here have under-developed bedside manner. They expect to plug your kid into headphones and have then watch the brain candy on the ceiling during the appointment, and are taken off guard when this method doesn't work. I am sad that we took our toddler there for his first dentist visit here-- which was forced and we were expected to restrain him. Our daughter had some dental work done here, and she too wasn't really treated like a person to be respected, rather, just a patient to bill for. To top it off, when I called in advance of her appointment to get an estimated cost of the service, the quote I got was over $200 less than what I was billed for it at the end of the visit! The office staff member responded that this was \"in the fine print\" and there was no further adjustment that would be made. We will be going somewhere else from now on, and cannot recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a positive dental experience for children, or a quality business to have dealings with.
