Very rude office personal. Was spoke too very unprofessionally and treated poorly after my services over a minor misunderstanding. Not sure if I’ll be back, even though I really like the doctor and all others on that staff. Very unfortunate.

Dr Teresa and her staff are wonderful! My 3 year old is so happy with them. They are kid friendly and a bonus they have TV's on the Ceiling with Headphones this makes him so comfortable while being seen..
Dr Kaur is very professional as well friendly . I had many bad teeths and she gave me my smile back with crowns . The support staff is very nice and friendly too. Once I called her during her vacation time for dental emergency , she treated me in her personal time. Thanks Dr . Kaur for your good care ..

I usually don't get around to writing a review for an establishment, but for Gentle Dental I had to let them know how awesome they are. I was bit weary of trying this place in the beginning but my original dentist decided to retire and decided to give Middletown Dentistry a shot. It was a great overall experience from the minute I entered the doors, reception staff was very friendly and prompt. Dr. Kaur took the time to hear the history, and very clearly outlined the procedure before getting to it. Whole experience was very pleasant! I highly recommend this place for general dental needs.
