Terrific from start to finish!.
Dr Cagle is the best dentist I have ever gone to in 40 years. He does beautiful dental work on crowns or anything else you need done. His dental assistants are awesome also and are very attentive to you as well as he is. I have to do IV sedation to even go to the dentist and he was just wonderful and can’t say enough of there care for all my visits. So if you have a fear like I do of the dentist I highly recommend you go to him. Once again his dental assistant and all dental hygienists are also very kind and gentle and make you feel like you actually like going to the dentist. I can say that most all of the front office staff are not very kind and are sometimes very rude and not helpful at all but the back office staff is great. Love this office!.

If you lack compassion for circumstances then I assure you we can go elsewhere a friendly reminder we are the customer you get paid by the insurance we have thank-you for showing the lack of care and concern so we don't waste the good 20+thousand you get from us yearly again this year my kids have loved the ladies there I'm sad to go however I will not do business where the actual dentist doesn't really care about his customers....another place ruined special thanks to dr.pittman ????I also noticed on the website the response others get from their reviews but mine????????????????bc its true ????♀️.
If your children have Tenn Care don't bother with this office. They made my children wait to get fillings and would only do one filling at a time. It was going to take over a year for my daughter to get two fillings so she could get her ortho consult done, however, my husband had private insurance and they were able to see him the next day. In May of 2012 I called to make my children an appt they gave me an appt for August that was fine, in August they called to tell me the office was going to be closed for a week they needed to rescheduel for October ok so that was fine they went in october got cleanings, back in January to get a filling next appt available for my 6 year old I was told would be in JUNE! Needless to say I switched to bad because we need a dentist office in Blountville who is willing to see children with TennCare.
