2My 87 y.o. mother got a partial plate that never fit after two more visits. She was going w/o 5 teeth for a year affecting her food intake. I live in Idaho and made 3 appointments to fly in and take her back until it did fit! His wife called the day before I was flying to cancel two of the three appts. She made no apologies, said they refer to no one else and could have cared less I was making a special trip to take care of Mom’s pain with the partial. When I took her to the only remaining appt. the day before I was flying home, Dr. never looked at me and ignored my input. It was as if they were both mad she was returning for a proper fit on this expensive partial! The wife said it was Mom’s fault because she didn’t wear it. She was just darn mean! It was far too painful! Issue #2: He once replaced a crown for me while visiting Mom. It fell off the next day. I glued it on w a drug store kit, (no problems),until my own dentist could tend to it. No I would never refer to this office.

1This father and son team are an asset to our town of Bloomsburg. Both are compassionate and gentle. I find them a bit too expensive but you get what you pay for. Their staff is courteous and helpful in every way and they are wonderful with our two small children.
