Dr. Weems is great but his staff sucks. They have the nastiest attitudes ever. I wish I could drill a hole in one of their mouths. I’ve sent several people to him in the past but NEVER again

(ALSO WISH I COULD RATE 0 STARS) Ever since I was seen initially back in 2017, this office has been absolutely terrible. The staff is beyond unprofessional, and the doctor does not care for her patients at all. This initially started in March of 2021, I requested fill ins for my smaller teeth and the doctor however refused to do what was initially requested and made the decision for crowns. However, I am only 19 years old and they were fully aware this was way out of my budget. I agreed, and paid the $1200 for TWO crowns. This was at the DeLand office as well, this entire company is just absolutely atrocious. I had gotten my braces off in April 2021, I still have not received my permanent retainers. It has also been over two months I have been calling this office only to receive a busy line and a message that states their voicemail is full. OVER TWO MONTHS .I still have not received a call back.
