1I am taking this complaint to the MEDIA if I must. I had to cancel my sons appointment because I transitioned to a new job and was not able to make the appointment. I called to rescheduled and was informed by Geraldine that because I have cancelled that "it would be best" if I no longer per-scheduled appointments because other people need those time slots that I should "call the day of to see if i could be SQUEEZED in" and then she follows by saying "We have cancellations all the time"! So if there are cancellations all the time why is it that I can no longer schedule appointments. She then says she spoke to the office manager and it is "Policy" well I would like to see this policy! I hate to say that I do not feel like it policy and based solely on her bias! When I informed her that it upset me she nonchalantly apologized!
