2Very unprofessional business practices. My husband went to see Dr. Hartsfield about the possibility of a getting fitted for a mouth piece in place of his CPAP. When he made the appointment, he was never told they would not be submitting the office visit to our insurance company (which the office accepted), nor was he told the visit would cost $305 out-of-pocket. He didn\'t find out until after the appointment and was told HE could submit it.
