Dr. Sammi Yeung is a highly experienced and educated, but truly lacks bedside manners. On one occasion Dr. Yeung and her staff openly discussed about my body image in Chinese, assuming I could not understand, while operating. On a separate occasion, Dr. Yeung joked about my Medicaid and actively shamed me for not have the financial means to pay for braces. Her anti-poor rhetoric was not only hurtful but degrading. She is not understanding and does not provide clear answers to questions/concerns. I hope she is able to change her attitude soon.
