1I have no qualms Dr Lam (since I never got to even meet her so can offer no feedback) but it\'s the office she practices out. The Pasadena office on Lake was just awul. It was clearly way more important they get 2 their lunch break (at oddly 2p) than care for patients in severe pain. Then like other poster they were pressing for fresh x-rays (felt like car dealership) v. gettin then from \"sister\" location which I had taken a full battery of those just months back! As well, they were pressing for pound of paper work all awhile again the \"sister\" office would have that. They offered there \"we aren\'t really affliated\" even though operates under the same business name of \"Smiles Generation\" and the \"sister\" location referred me into there! But that with their lunch pressing that\'s all they wanted me to do then come back 2 hrs later to maybe see the dentist? No way! Then shrill has the gall to ask if I want to resched. Ha. Stay away from that office!! They waste your time &$

2Embarrassingly enough, I had several years lapse between check ups (I'm a Dental Chicken at its finest, but no cavities... Thank goodness!!!), so I was quite nervous going into this appt. My nerves were calmed after about 5 minutes in the dental chair, after explaining my heightened nervousness to the hygienist and Dr. Jamison, they took special care in making sure I was comfortable and worked slow. Let's face it...no one LOVES going to these appts, but with a staff like this, you can't go wrong. No need to put these appts off any longer...call their office
