4Terrible front desk staff! Called to be a new patient, set up an appointment and had my old dentist in a different city email them my records--which were sent within 15 min of setting up the appointment. I told them when I called my married and maiden name just incase my old records were sent with my maiden name since I just got married a month ago. So I show up to my appointment for a filling and 1) they "cant find" my records 2) they are RUDE and 3) when I asked why they didnt call me to let me know they couldn't find my records (which they later found). Irresponsible, rude office staff on my first visit. If your office staff can't be responsible, I would hate to see what it would be like to have a full visit with the dentist himself!

2Dr. Wahlstrom and his staff have always been kind and very attentive. My family has been seeing Dr. Wahlstrom since he began at his current location. His work has always been wonderful with no complaints. And we have always been given advance notice of any costs and explains all options. The atmosphere in the office is light but professional, you can tell they enjoy working together and that can make a difference when it comes to medical needs. And I must tell you I have not ever felt any shot he has given me and that is a big plus being on the receiving end of a shot.

1If I could give this horrible excuse for a medical \"professional\" zero stars, I would. He did irreversible damage to my jaw and then wrote me off when I had paid my bill. He only cares about money and wouldn\'t answer any of my questions or concerns. He did an unnecessary procedure that left my jaw permanently unable to accept my braces. Avoid this person at all costs.
