I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and had almost no wait time when I got there. I was there for an extraction, and having never had a procedure of that sort done before, Dr. Protzel talked me through every step of the way as it was happening, since I had elected to use Novocaine instead of being put out. He was professional, personable, and quick, as was the entirety of his staff. This morning I received a follow up call from the office, just checking on how I was doing after the surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone and everyone in need of dental care.
