Root canal - on-time appointment,thorough, (almost) painless, meticulous...but expensive..
This is an ongoing issue. I arrived at least 10 minutes early. Hygienist immediately greeted me and ushered me back to her room to begin work. As always, she was wonderful. When she finished, I waited at least 20+ minutes for doctor to come in because he had been on the phone resolving an office issue. It would be great if he could simply write in an appointment or two to just take care of things like that vs. making patients wait or just delegate this to his office staff. Sure, I never sit in the waiting room for a long time to be called in, but once I'm in the exam chair, it's a whole different ballgame..
Dr. Lambert and his staff are the best in the Lehigh Valley. The office is warm, friendly and welcoming, the doctor is well educated and a perfectionist in his work. The atmosphere is relaxing and you feel comfortable being in a dentist office! They cater to your needs and supercede any of your expectations! I would certainly recommend his office to everyone..
