The doctor is fine, the staff is incompetent. They were supposed to set up my visit with a specialist 3 months ago. Didn't happen. Called and left 2 messages, no call back. I finally got ahold of someone and they set up the appointment, AND DIDN'T SEND THE REFERRAL. I'm sitting in the specialists office as I type this unable to see him because your office staff never sent the referral. They had 3 weeks to do this. Now, 4 phone calls later and still no referral.
