Dr. Affleck and his staff were super knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to fix my teeth and get me the results that I was looking for! I can smile with ease knowing my teeth look great!.
If there were something less than 1 star, I'd give it. The appliance he put in my mouth has now caused me to loose another tooth (right in front); have the appliance remade and cost money I just don't have as I live on a pension and am raising a grandchild. My dentist informed me that the wire used to make the appliance (Dr. Affleck's)he was of the poorest possible quality and he would not put it in his horses's mouth. Thank you Dr. A for a horrible job!.
My son had his first dental visit at 2 1/2 years old. Robin showed him everything and helped him be comfortable. She even helped him take off his shoes and let him ride the chair up and down. During cleaning she showed him how everything worked and let him be her little assistant when she needed an extra hand. When Dr. Germain came in for the final check, he had nothing but smiles and had a great experience at the dentist! Thank you!.
I have to say that Dr. Germain does excellent work and has the latest technology that made things so much easier and convenient. After finding out that I needed a crown, I was able to have the whole procedure completed in less than 2 hours and in just one visit. Dr. Germain was able to produce a perfect fitting crown on site with her 3-D computer capabilities and I was in and out in no time! In the past, my other Dentist would require two visits to accomplish what Dr. Germain did in just one. If your looking for a Dentist in the Carmel/Zionsville area, I highly recommend Dr. Germain!.
We had an excellent experience at Dr. Germain's office. I brought my very busy 5 year old and 4 year old in for a cleaning. Dr. Germain and the hygienist were both very patient and excellent with them. The wait time was short and the front desk staff was professional and courteous. We will be back!.
