Dr......rude, assistant........ignorant and rude......front desk clerk, rude. Office is in a small shack. They may me making moonshine in the back, cause they sure don't know anything about dentistry..
I have been a client of his for over five years and his attitude gets worse with every visit. He is rude and puts little to no effort in making his clients feel good about their experience. Truly, I feel sorry for his staff because they are so nice and respectable. All of their efforts towards quality care and customer service become annulled because of him. I am seeking another dentist after how insulting he was my last visit..
I would not recommend Dr. Dinello to friends or family or anyone! He is rude and unfriendly. He barks orders and does not make you feel at ease or comfortable. He acts like he is superior and you are not worth his time. He made me feel nervous and stupid! He did not seem to care about my comfort during the procedure. Would never go back!!.
Excellent professional and friendly staff. Dr. Is an artist at his craft. I've never seen more efficient, caring, fast work in my life. Pain is very rare in this office no matter what procedure I've had done. Sometimes it can't be avoided but I never worry about going to this doc for fear of pain. Very gentle..
30 mins without a hello and people walking in after me going straight back!!!! I should bill you people for wasting my time. God forbid if I'm late or miss an appointment..
Horrible dentist. Cancels your tooth extraction of an abscessed tooth 40 before the appointment and then when you tell them your in pain they try to prescribe you medication you are not allowed to take. I was told to take Tylenol every hour until my rescheduled extraction 4 days away! My liver will love that and I already have stage 3 NASH. He sees cavities on hour teeth turning black and doesn't touch them until they have to be pulled, have a root canal or get a crown. He has pulled all of my bottom molars and the 2 teeth on each side of my front teeth on top and has yet to get me partials. I have difficulty eating and I express my concern and he says next appointment (which is weekly) while he works on teeth that aren't even a problem. I had a root canal performed a month ago and it still throbs in horrible pain. I told him and he ignores it. You would think black cavities would be taken care of first. No. Not with him! I am done and he is turned into my insurance for abuse and the dental bureau. I am going elsewhere!.
