Very fast and accurate root canal by Dr. Situ! It’s second nature for her- she’s so efficient and communicative. I refused the bite block, she let me know when I could rest my jaw and let me know when the rest would be coming, or about how long each stretch of time would be that I had to prop it open..
There was Virtually no patient interaction. She hurried through the root canal and poured the medicine in without securing the seal around the tooth and the medicine drained to the back of my throat, which caused me to choke and gag and I needed to stop the procedure to rinse out my mouth repeatedly to remove the burning taste. Later she burnt my mouth with the heat gun as she tried to do things too quickly. She was out of the office even before I paid my bill. I would NOT recommend her.
This woman had zero connection with me as a person with feelings and or deserving of any respect or consideration. she acted like I wasn't even a person and simply a mouth to work on. she didn't even tell me what she was going to do, I opened my mouth and she put something on my tooth that put me into excruciating pain and I was livid she didn't even tell me it was going to hurt. she didn't even seem to care when I expressed that what she did was unappreciated. No recommendation from me..

Sunday... terrible pain... root canal... my Ex-Dentist out of town. Unbearable pain. My wife called to 11 offices claiming ability to emergency services- no luck. This is THE ONLY OFFICE OPEN ON WEEKEND with amazing staff. Dr. Is most professional I’ve ever deal with. From now on, I found my new dentist. No pain anymore and planning implant to be done by this Doc. Thank you, guys!!!!.
