The rudest, unprofessional Dr. and staff I have ever experienced in my entire life. .
Dr. Russell and his office staff are the least professional I?ve ever encountered in a dental setting. Dr. Russell treated me without either surgical gloves or mask. His office manager and their receptionist are extremely rude and demeaning to patients and staff alike. Worst yet, they keep a cat in the clinic with apparent free run of the building including the patient waiting room and the treatment area. Cat hairs are evident on furniture and flooring throughout the patient areas. J. C..
