This place was great before moving to their new location. It feels like a completely different practice now, and not in a good way. The staff (except one or two) are all new, from the front desk to the dentists. I have been waiting over 4 months for my dentures. Was supposed to pick them up today. When I arrived they told me the lab tech was out and I'd have to make a new appointment. When I inquired about the automated text I received earlier today confirming my appoinmment, they claimed that it wasnt them that text me. Instead they blamed the text service who they pay to send messages. Well, if they pay to have the texts sent, then the text was in-fact from them, right? As for the lab tech making my dentures, he has been completely rude and condisending. Oh yeah, and when I went to get my sutures removed after having all my teeth pulled, two of the dental techs insisted the stitches were disolvable. I demanded someone look closer at which point a third tech agreed they were not dissolvable. When they finished digging out the suture from one side, they said they were finished. I again had to explain that there were sutures on the other side of my mouth too. He was just in there but didn't see that? Seriously, RUN..
Dr Cleerman has retired and sold the practice to her associate, Dr Suela Veizja. I needed a lot of work done. I had been here before and was quite happy with Dr Cleerman. I went in early this year and was told how much it would cost me. Started making payments monthly to stay on top of it. The care was barely adequate. I was not prescribed enough medicine for the pain, and when I called for more, she implied that I didn’t need any more than 10 tablets of Tylenol 3. Went to OTC Tylenol and Advil. I was eating them like Pez. Pain still didn’t remit and she essentially treated me like a drug seeker. I then demanded antibiotics, although she swore everything looked “great.” 24 hours after getting the antibiotic, my pain receded. I had diagnosed my own problem. I have partial dentures waiting for me. I couldn’t get them without payment in full (my potion was $1941 & change). They wouldn’t let me make payment arrangements. I canceled my appointment. My bill sucked out virtually all my HSA, which leaves me high and dry on my other medical requirements for the next coupl of months. After I receive my partials, I Will wait to make sure they fit properly, and then I will begin a search for a new dentist. If you have financial difficulties, don’t come here. Money has priorit.
He set me at ease right away. Left previous dentist as I had more confidence in his competence.
I neglected going to the dentist for a few years, but they were understanding and made me feel comfortable. They did a great job cleaning my teeth and were kind and professional. Definitely glad I chose their office and recommend them if you're looking for a dentist..
Dr Dagher took care of my sons wisdom teeth. He was very gentle as well as thorough in answering all our questions..
Didn't care for I used to go here. I have a problem with gagging. Rather than taking their time and helping me with it, they told me to go away. I went elsewhere and I took my whole family with me. I found a better dentist who actually cared and took the time to help me with my problem. All they cared about was getting in and getting out as fast as possible, I needed more time but they wouldn't give it to me..
