Took my boys for cleaning. 3 hours later only one of them had teeth cleaned. Hygenist was rude and unkind. Doctors hand was shaking badly, hygenist literally had to hold her hand to help her with exam. Office was not well maintained equipment very old. Do not go here. Never had a bad experience elsewhere. This is why people are afraid of dentists.
Waited over and hour in the waiting area past appointment time, then waited over an hour in the treatment room for the dentist (first visit Friday). Very brief exam and then recommendation made for "deep cleaning" (not paid for by insurance). Second visit following Monday, had checked into "deep cleaning." I had no symptoms (swelling, bleeding gums) indicating gum disease to warrant "deep cleaning." Came in for fillings only, but found Care Credit card had already been charged for $545..
I went to Dr Cheng's office for a cleaning and X-rays.Well I arrived on time only to have a seat for 1 hr.I complained. African American lady receptionist said we will get you in soon .At that point its 45 mins and yes got in a room in 15 mins. Well hygienist said she would be right back.45 mins later I get my X-rays done..Hygienists polishes my teeth only and says dentist will come.Waited another 10 mins for dentist to come.Dentist never said sorry.Service is just really bad! Don't go here!.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoang Maxx Nguyen at Woodland Dental for over 9 years, and he is the best dentist, with the most up to date techniques, friendliest, helpful and talented staff that I have ever experienced in a dental office. Everyone who works their is amazing; professional, friendly, kind, talented, and helpful. THIS is the BEST Dental office in Yolo County, if not Northern California!!!
