The worst and rudest dentist and staff. I went for an emergency appointment. Dr.Metrinko, the director, came into the room visibly annoyed and was rude the enitire exchange. Then he poked my tooth, I said ouch multiple times and he continued to poke my tooth. I told him to stop but felt incredibly uncomfortable after he disregard my complaints of pain. He said I needed a new filling but no one was there to do. They said they do not guarantee treatment and explain that to the patient. No one told me this prior to visit and the dentist and staff insisted they did. I called and asked for an appointment, they gave me a time, took my name and said see you at the time..
Very caring and competent doctor who listens and understands patient concerns, both medically and financially. I would recommend Dr. John Metrinko and Dr. Raymond Abrams to everyone!.
Saved my tooth when others wanted to do root canal. Best needle injector takes it slowly instead of fast where it hurts initially..
