His bedside manner is horrible. Let me know I was bad parent for not knowing a child should see a dentist when they are 2. He talked about how we don't want children to be afraid of the dentist and when I agreed he chastised me for talking negative in front of her. Also felt the need to let me know it was pointless to fix her teeth if I was going to let it happen again. If she hadn't been there I would have given him a piece of my mind. Even the assistant had a bad attitude..
This man is the worst dentist I ever encountered! How is he still in practice after all these years. He was rude to me and my child and made her feel very scared! I hope you are shut down soon! Biggest jerk ever!.
Dr Baird was so awesome with me i had to have alot of work done he did stuff other doctors told me that could not be done he was so sweet he knew i was upset and worryed he took his time and made sure i was happy and ok the hole time and ever time i had to come in he is the only one i will go to now .
I have been going to this office for about 5 years now, even though I moved to Jacksonville almost 3 years ago - I have continued to make the hour and half drive every time I need medical care. I would not change to a "big city" primary for a million bucks..
