I was recently a new patient at Silverdale Dentistry and upon my initial visit, 3 small cavities were discovered. The front desk staff was able to accommodate my needs and were able to schedule me for the fillings just a few days later. The day of my appointment I arrived a little nervous since this was my first filling appointment however, Dr. Kratchman worked very efficiently and talked me through the entire process, for me it showed his confidence and great chairside manner. I would definitely recommend Silverdale Dentistry!.
I have been with Winterset dental for 10 plus years and I just want to say thank you for all the service that you have provided me. Thank you for working with me on financial matters. The staff is fantastic, respectful, and friendly.Dr Agrawal is awesome and so positive as are the others Dentist that I have encountered over the years that I have been a Winterset patient. They have always made me feel comfortable. They have always explained any procedure, no question is a small question they answered all of my questions whether I felt like its a stupid question or not. I love how welcoming everyone is at Winterset. I've always hated going to the dentist, therefore I would rarely make appointments. It wasn't until I needed a root canal that I was "forced" to find a new location. My mother received one of their advertisements in the mail and I decided to give them a try. I was super nervous, but Dr. George to great care of me. I literally felt no pain! Since then, I've been back several times for other work and regular cleanings. I can tell that there is a genuine concern for my oral health. I would recommend anyone to check them out, even if it's just for a consultation. I love how welcoming everyone is at Winterset. I have no tolerance for pain but as we all know needles hurt no matter what but they are caring and gentle and they are very sympathetic with you. They explain everything to the fullest and make sure you understand before they even do the work. I bought my daughter today to get her teeth cleaned and found out she has cavities but she was scared at first and I told her they are awesome if I can take it I know that she can I recommend them highly.
