Great first time experience..
He is a great and talented guy and has a great office with a pretty good staff. However bad communication on the part of everybody. He does not walk you thru what he is doing as it is happening or telling you how much time is left on a procedure. Sometimes the patient can not ask because your mouth is filled with something. The doc is such a nice guy that he lets his office staff do whatever they want. He needs to be more of a boss and control things around his office a little more..
I'm a new patient at 1st Family Dental in Burr Ridge. First of all, their office is amazing! Don't remember the girls name at the front desk(sorry!) but she was very nice and professional. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Sandy Murad as my dentist. She went out of her way to take care of me. I was very comfortable and not worried at all! Her assistant, (David) was very thorough and informative. Everything went so smoothly and painless. And I do mean painless! I had to have a tooth extracted and I didn't feel a thing! Even now, the day after the surgery, and I still have no pain. Thank you very much!!!.
Upon entrance, I was greeted by this amazing receptionist, wasn't sure if walked into a dental office or a 5 star resort!! Yes,, It was that good. Shortly after, Dr. Abood took me into his office for examination then offered me coffee as he started to thourghly explain my dental implants procedure. I'm a new patient However, I have to admit; I'm beyond impressed by the level of Professionalism this office offers..
