Dr. Gregory Snevel goes above and beyond for his patients. He explains things in a detailed manner and offers his advice without pressuring you into doing things. He is so patient and kind with my children. They are never nervous about coming to the dentist and actually enjoy when "Dr. Greg" is giving them a checkup. He even has a toy chest for after the appointment that the kids can explore. Scheduling appointments is never difficult and he even gives us his personal number for emergencies..
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Snevel. He always takes the time to talk to me and discuss any questions or concerns I've had. He is wonderful with my children, too (even my toddler). He is patient and kind with them. His staff is very friendly and professional as well..
Dr. Snevel did an implant and I have had nothing but issues with the implant. The gum does not cover the top of tooth and is always sore and sensitive. Dr. Snevel refused to call us back to discuss the issue or respond to mail or e-mail . I would never recommend him to anyone and am writing to stop you from having issues with his dentistry..
From beginning to the end of my visit with Dr. Stern and his team, I was blown away not only by the friendliness of himself and his staff, the state of the art environment and his vast knowledge about dentistry. I absolutely hate going to the dentist!!! Dr. Stern, his staff and facility make it much easier to go. I have a genetic condition which causes a lot of pain day to day but affects the sensitivity of my teeth. Never before have I had options to help ease that discomfort. The best part is that this is a free service that is given to all patients if they choose. While I was having my teeth cleaned, I was watching tv and getting a massage from the chair I was in. His hygienist is great and very compassionate. When Dr. Stern came in, he went over my xrays with me and scanned my teeth around any areas that may have been a problem. There was no pushing of procedures or products on me like every other dentist office I had visited prior. Definitely 2 very big thumbs up for them and I will be visiting again! ???? Originally I came here to get a second opinion on a procedure and to my amazement I was able to get an appointment the next day for an evening slot which was absolutely wonderful due to my work schedule. I was greeted by his friendly, professional staff, shown around the office and given a gift bag filled with goodies and an autograph book that was forwarded by Dr. Stern. This was all before I met the doctor. Lol....He was precise, compassionate and let me know that other plans were available to me instead of the drastic measure my dentist offered.
