We went here because they were recommended and were told they would not treat me, not that they couldn't but they will not do something as simple as an extraction for me! No valid reason was given other then I mentioned I have anxiety, which is ludicrous! This is the only doctor in my area that accepts my insurance and now I have to remain in excruciating pain because they, for whatever reason, just don't want to help me. This was after my 2nd consult with them and they lined out everything I need, all procedures they can do but choose not to, so in conclusion thanks for absolutely nothing!.
It's a darn shame that they won't work with you when you have a job and get only limited days off to do anything..everytime you call they act like they are booked up and can't take you....They really need to work with people more and help them out when they are in need of assistance..I can't help it that i can't get off work when they want or expect me too..I have a job and a life too and i can only do so much...
My appointment with Dr. Moak was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist office. I am usually very nervous but she put me at ease right away. I have never had any problems with the dental work she did. Also, I have never had a dentist that was as easy with the procedure as she was.
ms Moak was my dentist when I first arrived in Cape coral, my first visit i was treated like an animal. she used her dental instrument on my new bridge in my month, and practically yanked it out. after confronting her on this she denied her actions. after 2 other dentists had told me that there was a hole in my bridge that was from a dental instrument. she still denies what she did to my bridge. now my bridge was dislodged from her i am now seeking treatment at 3500 dollars. beware..
