If anyone is looking for a dentist, avoid Dr. English in Williamsburg and West Point. I have been having issues with a billing problem that they admitted was their mistake 6 months ago. They won't call me back no matter how many messages I leave them and actually went to the office twice in the last month trying to get this resolved. They said they would get back to me 2 weeks ago and Saturday I got notified they sent me to collections. I called today and asked to speak with Dr. English himself and was told by a lady in his office that he never calls anyone back so good luck. What a way to run a business!.
Dr. Speegle negligently extracted 4 of my permanent teeth when I was a child. I suffer from very bad crowding and tooth misalignment. When he expressed the need for orthodontics to my parent, she refused, instead requesting that he extract some of my permanent teeth to make more room in my mouth. Rather than insisting that my parent get me the treatment I needed, HE REMOVED 4 OF MY PERMANENT TEETH! This happened many years ago, but I am still suffering from the effects of that experience. And guess what Dr. Speegle, all the issues you warned my mom about if she didn’t take me to an orthodontist for treatment are happening because I was never able to afford treatment as an adult. Shame on you for enabling medical neglect!.
My past experience with this office was friendly and the procedure was pleasant. However, I am not a happy person in pain! I have a tooth that needs to be taken care of ASAP, as like last time it is causing me to miss time from work due to the pain! I was told that I owed less than $75 that I ran into some financial issues then quite honestly I had forgotten about. I was told, in a short tone, it has gone to collections (been less than a year) but I would have to pay it in order to be seen. Of course being in pain I was upset and rather bothered by the fact that I owe a "small" amount and don't get paid until next week and they won't see me although they will get paid a decent sum (being as I see advertised above they are a network dentist) from the insurance company to pull the tooth! I got the money together and called the next day and now apparently due to me ranting how ridiculous it was that they wouldn't help me out with my extremely painful tooth they have disowned me as a client!.
Dr speegle makes going to the dentist fun! The jolliest guy I know, I always look forward to my visit! Nothing to Fear-an absolute expert at dentistry!.

I have to compliment the wonderful staff at Norge Dental. My husband and I became patients after we moved to the area. I enjoyed the warm, friendly atmosphere and knowledge of the entire oiohstaff. I took both my girls there today, ages 7 yrs and 5 yrs. My girls loved the safe, fun environment in the kids area. And I need to give special credit to Emily, Jessica, and Dr. Ryan Buckwalter. They were so patient with the girls and interacted at their level to make them feel comfortable. Emily and Dr. Buckwalter were so gentle and patient with my youngest who was very nervous about the whole process. They are the best, hands down! I highly recommend them to anyone, adults or kids!.
