We LOVE Berquist & Son Disposal. They have been reliable, friendly and so easy to work with! We love that they have no contracts and stand by their service. When I call I talk to a person or I receive a prompt call-back. We switched to Berquist after our existing trash service (another "family-owned" local business) started missing pick-ups, leaving trash etc. and then they wanted to charge us for service they hadn't even delivered. Berquist blows them out of the water and we are happy to still be supporting a local business. Thank you Berquist & Son!.
Berquist was our trash hauler for many years at my house in St Paul. They always were there right on time and made the extra effort to make sure there were no stray papers and things left in the alley. Most of our alley contracted with them to cut down on the number of trucks rumbling through the alley. They also would come for a special run during our annual alley clean-up. I could leave extra cans or items and they'd be sure to take them. If it was just a few things here and there, I didn't even get an extra charge. When I sold and moved out of the house, I put tons of stuff out and they added a very reasonable and small fee. I moved to an apartment so I don't contract for trash any more. If I ever do, Berquist will be my first call..
