If i could give zero stars i would. I was referred here by my insurance. They are the most unprofessional rude group of people I've met. Twice i needed to get work done outside of the office, and both times i got to the other specialist and my paperwork from familia was incorrect. Once i had to keep rescheduling with the other office while chasing familia for 3 wks straight to resend the corrected forms. Another time i need paperwork for a crown sent to my insurance after a root canal and find out a month later on the 3rd call to my insurance that they never sent it out after I'd spent my hard earned money on a root canal and my filling was wearing down by then. I finally made a compplaint with corporate on the office because i was tired of their unprofessionalism. Two days later i received a rude calling from their office saying the dentist had referred me to a different office. After 1 complaint!!! Mean while they'd messed up a million times before i finally decided enough was enough. Their receptionists were rude as hell everytime i came and will just stare at you when you come in like you're bothering them by walking in and needing help. They need to just throw the whole office away this place is horrible!!.
They HAVE YOU SITTING THERE 15OR MORE BEFORE THEY THEY RESCHEDULE YOU THATS MESS THEY SUCKS.THEY RESCHEDULE ME TWICE.IM PISSED TOO THE MAX MY DRIVER GOT PAID TO BRING ME THERE AND BACK AND HE WASN'T HAPPY NEITHER WAS I.SO THEY ARE NOT RIGHT.THEN THEY GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT FOR A MONTH LATER.LIKE THEY INTFERE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE TOO DO.I WENT TODAY AND GOT RESCHEDULE IN DECEMBER I DONT GO OUT AT ALL IN THE WINTER.SO I GUESS I WILL SEE THEM WHEN IM NOT BUSY.BUT THEY WAS ON MY TIME AGAIN TODAY AND IT PISSED ME OFF.NOW I HAVE TO GO OUT ANOTHER TIME TO DO WHAT I HAVE TO DO.IM ON FIRE.LET YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT THEY WILL BE CALLING YOU,AND SAYING ARE YOU COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. OH OKAY THATS A DIFFERENT STORY.I WAS ALWAYS ON TIME FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT.THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME COME BACK A MONTH TOO THREE MONTHS LATER.THEY BE ALWAYS ON MY TIME. I TAKE TIME TO COME DOWN THERE,AND I GET SENT BACK HOME.I BE REALLY PISSED OFF ABOUT IT.ITS NOTHING THAT I CAN REALLY DO ABOUT IT BUT I WISH I COULD. MY FEELINGS REALLY BE HURT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY.I REALLY LIKE THEM.THEY WAS NICE WHEN I FIRST STARTED GOING THERE. I DONT KNOW MAYBE ITS. JUST ME.IM SENSTIVE,AND MY FEELINGS ARE EASY TOO HURT. BUT I DONT REALLY HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT NOBODY. BECAUSE YOU ARE ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.GOD PUT ALL US ON THIS EARTH TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER AND SPREAD LOVE UNTIL YOU DIE.GOD DONT LIKE UGLY,AND HE AINT TO FOND OF PRETTY.IM GIVING YALL FIVE STAR'S BECAUSE YOULL ARE NICE,AND KIND.MAY GOD CONTINUE TOO BLESS YOU'LL. I WILL TRY TOO KEEP MY APPOINTMENT. BUT IF ITS ON MY TIME I WONT BECAUSE I HAVE THINGS TO DO ALSO.FIRST OFF I AM A MOTHER OF SIX BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN. I REALLY HATE TO LEAVE MY KIDS BECAUSE I DONT TRUST NOBODY WITH MY KIDS.ITS TOO MUCH HAPPENING OUT HERE JUST TO LEAVE MY KIDS WITH ANYBODY. POINT BLANK ITS NOT GOING TOO HAPPEN.MY KIDS ARE MY WORLD.IM A YOUNG MOTHER BUT I PROTECT MY BABIES24-7. MYBABIES DONT LIKE ME TO GO NOWHERE WITHOUTTHEM AS IT IS.I HAVE TO SLIP OFF FROM THEM WHEN THEY WATCHING TV OR DOING HOMEWORK. I SLICK WITH SLIPPING OFF ,BUT ONCE I COME BACK THEY SAY MAMA WHERE YOU BEEN MAMA.I THOUGHT YOU TOLD US YOU WASNT LEAVING.WE LOVE YOU MAMA DONT LEAVE US FOR A LONG TIME NOMORE.YOU TELL THE DENTIST TO GET YOU OUT THERE SO THAT YOU CAN BE HOME WITH US.THEY18,16,15,14,13,13.
My rating is 4/5 stars, because the front desk staff is extremely rude. There was not a welcoming feel. The associates at the front desk did not address patients that were waiting at the desk. There were several first time patients, and no one informed them of the paper work. So, patients were waiting and expecting the front desk to call their names. I witness an elderly lady stand at the desk for about 5 minutes while the 2 women associates chatted about last night adventures. After waiting 5 minutes the security office finally asked the woman “can we help you?” she began to explain that she had never been there before, and was not sure of how the process works. Then one of the associates handed her a clip board without addressing her, and told her I need your ID and insurance card! Then as the waiting room started to fill up, and I noticed the front desk associate started to chat on her cell phone. I would have assumed it was a work phone if she wasn’t discussing her personal relationship business. The personal cell phone continued to ring loudly at the desk. They open the doors at 8:45 am which is good to get there early, because they schedule so many appointments at the same time. Arrive extremely early, because they will reschedule your appointment if you’re a late no excuses. I witness the staff inform patients that the doctor reschedule their appointment, because they were late. At this point they hadn’t called any patients to a treatment area. They did not start to call patients until about 9:30/9:45 am. Now for the positive, Technician Brandy was extremely patient, and informative. She is the only reason why I rated 4/5 stars. She seemed very compassionate about her job, and La Familia Dental need more like her. I do not know if you can request for Brandy, but you should if you can..

He is great with kids and adults! My kids hated going to the pediatric dentist but love Dr Barrett and his staff!.
