Dr. Kralik took me for an appointment within the same week that I called to schedule. I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room, even though there weren't any other patients there. When he saw me, he refused to clean my teeth, and then told me I had 14 cavities (food that would have come out of my teeth if he had cleaned them). I went to another dentist a month later for a second opinion, and was told I have 1 cavity, and the rest of my teeth look fine. Then, Dr. Kralik told me my teeth were so bad and I should be spanked. When I got x-rays, he put little pieces of the machine that squares in my mouth, that he plucked from a pile on the dirty counter, wiped with a fabric, did not cover in plastic, and then placed in my mouth. Also on the counter were some tubes of things that had expired over 2 years prior. He only takes cash and check. Please do not go to him..
Super kind and attentive! I had a wonderful experience. She very well explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how I could take steps towards dental hygiene in an easy to follow and kind way. The work was done quick and painless and she really put my comfort first. I've always hated dental visits, but she made it super pleasant and enjoyable!!.
I love Dr. Ilyas! I have a terrible fear of the dentist and she always puts me at ease. She just did a check and cleaning on both my daughters (4 and 1 1/2). No tears and she made them feel so comfortable! I’d recommend her to anyone!.
Dr. Etzkorn is the finest dentist I've ever known. I met her when I needed extensive dental work due to old caps, broken teeth, bad root canals, etc. When I was told by a local dentist that I needed root canal, I panicked. I was absolutely phobic when it came to dental work. But Dr. Etzkorn assured me that she would take me through the procedures step by step...no surprises...and she kept her word. She is as kind and professional as she is empathetic an astute. I am no longer phobic...even after 12 root canals....and I have a beautiful set of teeth, thanks to Dr. Etzkorn. I will never go to anyone else..
I would have given 5 stars but after my denture repair was finished they didn’t let me try them on to see if it was a comfortable fit and I had to go back the next day for some adjustments..
I was very impressed by the way that everyone knew what to do and when, and you all just opened . The friendly atmosphere and knowledge was so helpful so I can get my mouth back in good condition .Tha Th you all and enjoy your day..
