was referred for emergency root canal that AM by my dentist --after I paid and got 2nd set of xrays Dr L came in announced I needed a root canal (???) dumbfounded and in pain Iwas handed off to assistant: "nothing can be done until you take these antibiotics for 2 weeks"--next day I went elsewhere for my root canal which went smoothly-- no infection --had to keep taking the antibiotics anyway since I'd started- oh and the exam room chair had a big rip that was covered with packing tape :(.
They didn't complete my root canal in first visit . Told me to come back. Next available appointment was 3 weeks later. Friday afternoon they called me to cancel my Monday appointment because insurance hasn't paid them yet.when I called insurance they told me doctor hasn't sent proper paperwork. To keep my appointment- I had to pay in advance cash for the total appointment, otherwise they won't complete my rct . Then they told me different amount I have to pay then initial ..
He was the most caring, warm, and wonderful dentist I have ever been associated with and I would come back to him for all of my root canals. I just wish he could do all of my dentistry for me, my family, my co workers, my friends, and anyone else that I tell how wonderful that this dentist is, I recommend him with my highest grades possible..
