This review is for the office staff. Extremely unhelpful, rude, and incompetent. Tried to make an appointment for almost 1 month but the secretary kept telling me I am not listed in their patient list even though my insurance company verified that it has been in effect. The insurance company left multiple messages for them to call back, myself included, which the staff denied.It always takes 3-4 attempts before someone answers the phone. The last straw was when she told me to find another office when I asked to speak with someone else or the dentist, and then she hung up on me. Will never recommend this despicable service to anyone.UPDATE: Received a phone call from the dentist several hours later to try to correct things now that there is a review online shedding light on their service. Was informed that all conversations are recorded and if the staff actually spoke to me that way, it will not be tolerated. My insurance company representative finally was able to reach the office. The office told her they are no longer accepting new patients. What a coincidence..
Excellent dentist. I used to hate going to the dentist but they are so careful and gentle here. Highly recommended..
Worst doctors ever. Total rip off. They gave me a price for implants and then over charged me after I started the procedure. Never go to them..
