I have ND Medicaid. I made an appointment with this dentist over a month ago and gave my card information. I had already verified that I was covered for dental, prior to calling around and having a tough time in finding dentists who will take it. My tooth is broken, to the gum line, nerve exposed and really hurts a lot. The day before the appointment, the office calls to cancel my appointment, telling me that I do NOT have dental insurance? I again called my insurance and am again advised that I am covered for dental. Nothing fancy, but sufficient to have a tooth pulled. Don't worry Dr. Heib, I won't be calling your office again. I will soon have regular insurance through my employer. In gratitude for your being willing to accept the medicaid, I had planned to stay with you once I have regular insurance. Instead, you are now rid of me. Well done..
Weird and rude..
I have been scared of the dentist since i was young. I have had many painful experiences. Dr. callender is totally different they are there to make sure that you visit is the most comfortable and the staff is friendly and has great communication. I can say that i still do not like needles in my mouth but now I do look forward to going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and fixed. so they can and will look the best they can be.. Dr. Callenders is the best dentist i have ever seen in my life..
I went to Dr. Callender?s office for Zoom Teeth Whitening. It worked great and the it only cost $250.00. Great Deal!.
