I never write reviews, however will take the time to do this so it could help someone save themselves the stress of dealing with this unprofessional and condescending “children’s” dentist. Not kid friendly, doesn’t seem to like to be asked questions or deal with anyone else’s thoughts. Highly recommend you someone else..
Does not work well with young children that do not want to cooperate. Not a kid friendly dentist for specializing with children. Did not want me in the room with my child. I stood outside the door and heard Dr. Matthews bullying yelling my 4 year old daughter. I’m no doctor but I know kids are not going to respond well to that kind of behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. Just remember if they don’t want you going back with your child there is a reason why..
Dr Lawson and her entire staff are so nice and sweet. They really push for overall oral cleanliness and happiness! I would highly recommend Dr Lawson and her staff to family and friends. The office is well decorated...beautiful inside, nice selection of items for kiddos to play and get comfortable with and is extremely clean everywhere. The instruments are state of the art and make cleanings fun. My daughter (3) had the best appt with Dr Lawson, I received advice and tips on the best way to care for her teeth. My appointment was also very informative and suggestions were given to keep my smile staying bright! Rating EXCELLENT or OUTSTANDING!!!.
Natalie always makes me very comfortable. I just love her. Although the actual doctor doesn’t ever spend much time checking out your teeth, I have full confidence that if anything was wrong Natalie would notice it. I only go there because of her..
I’d like to give a shout out to Aspen Dental for always making me feel welcome and like a part of the family. Each and every one of them has gone out of their way to ensure my needs are met. The entire staff is made up of qualified individuals who demonstrate what true empathy and professionalism is. I am especially grateful for two very amazing young women, Jennifer Lynn and Natalie Ann Jacobs, for always listening to and meeting my needs by going above and beyond, not just for me, but with all the patients with whom I’ve seen them interact over the past year. Aspen Dental West was as nice of a trip to the dentist can be. Everyone was very thorough and professional on a person level. They really stay in contact with you and sincerely want to make sure you are happy. They’re office tribute to our veterans was wonderful!.
