From the moment I walked into Amberly Dental I could tell it was a friendly environment. This is coming from someone that hasn’t been to a dental office in well over 5 years due to the cost of dental services and my heath insurance not covering it. It’s nice knowing they have an in-office insurance plan for individuals. Dr.Vacek and his staff were friendly. I appreciated that they were asking for goals that I wanted to achieve when it came to dental. I asked many questions and they were patient..

Aside from tooth extractions, this was my first visit for a deep cleaning. Ginny was very friendly and professional the whole time. She always kept asking my comfort and pain levels! Awesome as always! Glad I’ve finally found my lifetime dentist office!!.
I had a very poor dentist before I came to this amazing place and I have Amelogenesis imperfecta so my teeth are hard to work with in general. My teeth were hurting from unnessisary work done that only cause problems. But THIS DENTIST worked SO well with me. He worked late late hours to get my teeth done quickly so I was more comfortable. But he didn't do it so quickly that I might have a bad recovery, and made sure there was enough time for me to get used to what was done as to give me time to think between procedures to see if the next one was really nessisary. Even though he could easily have milked me for money instead he worked with my parents to find ways to DECRESE the cost! The technology in the office is well ahead of 85 percent of other bigger dentist offices, and it's clear he dose his research for each individual pateint. Not just for their comfort but their wellbeing as people. He even noticed a health issue of mine loosely related to my teeth and recommended a doctor to me who ended up fixing an issue that had been driving me crazy for years that I didn't think could even be fixed!! Not only that but he has a gass that he lets my mom use who has anxiety about going to the dentist! She used to never go and now has no problem at all. And you know that horrible shot they have to do in your gums to numb your teeth? I've NEVER felt ANYTHING when he dose it. He always checks in on you to make sure your feel as little as possible during procedures and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. OH if he thinks your lips are getting chapped he even has his own Chapstick, It's my sisters favorite, and he lets you keep it after. The people working there are kind and the atmosphere is just happy. I just can't say enough good things about this dentist. Seriously, if you need a dentist and your sick of all the bad ones, go here..
Love this place. My kids love going to the dentist now. They are so good with them and make them feel super special. Great customer service and atmosphere :-).
Everybody at Amberly Dental goes out of their way to get you scheduled even if you have the kind of teeth that takes hours to work on they will get it done. they are so accommodating and knowledgeable and work with your schedule. They all are so very nice and go out of their way to help you. They really care about the work they are doing and try everyway to make sure you are comfortable. So glad I am one of their patient's..
