I have been going to this orthodontist office for 4+ years. They have been so amazing. They were gentle with the process of the braces and making sure my teeth were perfect. They are a very home like office. They make sure the patients are taken care of and also make sure their staff is we taken care of. They are very friendly. I just recently went back to them for new retainers and though i had not been there is more than a year or two they still helped me out and they remembered who i was and our conversations continued as though i had never stopped going. I would really recommend this orthodontist office to whom ever is looking for one. They are very amazing people and it is an amazing and friendly office. I had an appt at 11:30. I arrived and waited while the receptionist chatted on the phone - not once acknowledging me. I attempted to call while I was standing there, but it rang 8 times and she never got off the phone to answer it. She wasn't even speaking about business, rather the topics were about what her lunch time was and how they were just around the corner. After 10 minutes I just turned around and left. So incredibly rude. I was informed the office manager would be calling me within an hour of this happening, and it's been over 5. I don't trust these people to actually do what they say and they're just downright rude. When you have a customer or client standing there, have the decency to acknowledge them. If your looking for a great orthodontist that is family friendly, this is the place. Whenever something goes wrong if you break a brace or need something fixed they are great about getting you in on time with no hassle. I have been going here for the past 7 or so years now and I haven't had any problems. Dr. Baker and his staff are amazing people and they are amazing at what they do. I wouldn't have wanted to go to a different orthodontist..
