Green Grove is a breath of fresh air in the dental world! I have not been to the dentist in awhile because my last experience was somewhat stressful and I had to wait over an hour to be seen. My experience today was far more positive than any I can recall. The climate of the office is very calm and everything is brand new, immaculate, and state-of-the-art. There was zero wait time, and Dr. Albert was extremely thorough and ensured that all of my questions were answered. At no point did I feel rushed or overlooked. He is clearly highly skilled and passionate about his profession. I don't generally write reviews but was so impressed that I wanted to share my experience - to anyone looking for a dentist, look no further! Green Grove is a breath of fresh air in the dental world! Great experience. I've had a significant amount of dental work in my time, and compared to some other dentists I've been to, Dr. Albert really seemed to genuinely care about making me feel comfortable. He has a very calming presence and listened to all of my concerns. He answered all of my questions in a thoughtful way, and suggested a treatment plan that makes sense and that I'm comfortable with. The office is beautiful and has a very relaxing vibe..
I have been terrified of the dentist since I was little girl. Fortunately genetics provided me with an exceptional set of natural teeth, or by now I wouldn't have any at all. I finally gave in and went for a check up many years after I should have. Lucky me, I chose Green Grove--amazingly my terror has all but disappeared. The whole experience was a delight from start to finish.The staff is friendly and knowledgable, the facility itself is spotless, and Dr.Albert is a gem. He does nothing without thoroughly explaining it first and then proceeding gently and efficiently. I didn't feel a thing, Only knew he'd given me Novocaine because my lip felt funny--never felt the needle.
