My hygienist Hannah is great. I would highly recommend her. For my last visit I was on time and then waited a whole hour only to find out that my hygienist was ready for me, at my actual appointment time. It’s a small office, but communication needs improvement, especially because everybody’s time is valuable.
Weren’t on time and nobody informed me of the wait..
I had a very comfortable experience yesterday getting ready for my dental procedure. I don’t usually do well at dentists but the staff made me feel comfortable and the office staff helped me even feel better when we talked about the cost of the extractions I needed done. I have been to Aspen before about 2 years ago and was unhappy and then yesterday they made it right with me. So Thank You!!.
